Showing the beta enclosure...Ok, Ok, so some sanding is in order...where did I put that Dremel....
After some heavy duty Dremel work...here is the final enclosure. I sprayed the entire board with Conformal coating to prevent any corrosion or shorts. And I added four posts of acrylic scrap to screw the cover into. The can is for size reference.
Final shot from the side..pretty compact. Oh, I also routed keyhole slots in the back for mounting. MAKE SURE IF YOU DO THIS that your standoffs are high enough to keep the heads of mounting screws away from the traces.
